Also known as the RICS Homebuyers survey. This is a detailed report guiding you through the condition of the property.
The RICS Level 2 survey is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the property's condition. With guidance for your solicitor and any further specialist advice you may need.
The report will help you decide if the property is right for you. The report can be provided with a valuation for an additional fee.

RICS LEVEL 3 HOME SURVEY
Also known as a Building Survey. This is the most comprehensive survey and report available.
The RICS Level 3 Home Survey is an in-depth report covering all aspects of the properties condition and construction.
Essential for Listed buildings, older properties and Cob construction. Available for all property types and should be considered if the property has been altered or is in poor condition.
