This is dependent on the size of the property and/or the condition. Typically, the surveyor will be at the property between 2 – 8 hours.

WHAT IS A RICS Level 2 HOME SURVEY REPORT?
The Level 2 RICS Home Survey report is a tool to guide you through the property’s condition. The report includes a traffic light system of condition ratings to make identifying the issues easier. Discover more on our services page.
WHAT IS A RICS Level 3 HOME SURVEY REPORT?

DOES THE SURVEYOR KNOW THE AREA, ARE THEY LOCAL?
Yes, I live locally in the area I survey. I have worked in this area for over 10 years and have knowledge of the local market and local construction.
DO YOU SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY?
If the owner can be present at the inspection, I will speak with them about their property ownership.
